I did &quot;speed text&quot; Joe Miller, HCBOC Chairman and he called me right away to clarify and explain the recorded call I received. I am still concerned over the proposed increase of 5.5 cents. I do see where the call was to deflect attention from HB 1108! HB 1108 will cripple our local government, the people we trusted enough to vote for and represent us.]]></description>
