Who’s children do you really expect will be attending this school? I don’t think we would see a diverse group of children, more like an elite private school on the tax payers dime.

Surely he does not think a 180 student Charter School will take the place of the present need for school rooms in Harnett County. Sounds like a grand political perception ploy to me.
