Arrest Made in Sexual Assault at Overhills High School

On Wednesday November 13, 2014 at approximately 1700 hours Deputies responded to Overhills High School in reference to a sexual assault. Investigation did reveal an incident had occurred in a wooded area behind the soccer field. The victim and suspect are both students at the school. Jyreece Deshawn Heck B/M, 17 YOA of 21 Lenexa Rd. Spring Lake was arrested and charged with Second Degree Sexual Offense. Additional charges may be filed. Heck was placed in the Harnett county Jail under a $20,000.00 secured bond.
