Family of boy Killed in Erwin Parade, Clears Ways for Suit against Town and Businesses

The family of Cullen Parker a child that was killed at the Erwin Christmas Parade two years ago has filed paperwork asking for additional time to allow them to sue several entities, and people. The family is seeking suit against the Town of Erwin and individuals due to negligence on their part. The Judge in the case has granted the request.
