   5. Public Library respectfully requests permission to apply for the Coretta Scott King Book Awards Donation Grant.  This grant provides child-serving agencies with different books, including award winning titles by African American Authors and Illustrators.
   6. Public Library respectfully requests permission to apply for the LSTA NC Cardinal Grant from the NC State Library.  This grant is not for a monetary amount, but rather covers the expense of having our current system migrated to NC Cardinal.
   7. Parks and Recreation requests approval of Change Order 1 for the Anderson Creek Park Site Improvement project (CP1203).  The change order increases the contract with Compendium Contracting by $6,110.
   8. Social Services requests approval for the acceptance of $4,000 in grant funding through the Seniors Health Insurance Information Program.  Not matching funds are required.
   9. Finance Officer requests approval of recommended changes to the Personnel Ordinance Article VI, § 20, regarding Petty Leave.
