A meteorologist of WDTV ABC News, recently visited Buies Creek Elementary’s 2nd graders.

Liz Horton, a meteorologist of WDTV ABC News, recently visited Buies Creek Elementary’s 2nd graders. She explained how weather reports are produced, how cameras and the green screen works, and how weather instruments work. The students played a game with an anemometer to see who could blow the highest wind speed. Ms. Horton provided much information about weather and encouraged students to stay in school.
