We had a phenomenal VIP Ribbon Cutting and Media Tour today. Over 600 people showed up and toured our facility as well as listened to some awesome speakers: Ken Bryan, CEO of Harnett Health; Ron Maddox, chairman of the board of trustees for Harnett Health; Bill Atkinson, CEO of WakeMed; and our keynote speaker Bill Pully, President of the N.C. Hospital Association. WRAL and WTVD were on hand as well as several radio stations and all the newspapers in a 30+ mile radius. What a great day for Harnett Health and the community it serves. REMINDER: we don’t open the doors for patient care until Friday, January 18th at 7am!
I am so proud and happy. It is a state of the art facility right here in the center of our county. Thanks to some smart people with vision we have a new hospital. Great Progress
Is Bob Etheridge going to be part of the ribbon-cutting ceremony? He should be as that hospital would not be there without his help!!
