Can’t get any county commissioner to answer my e-mails, so please share with all you friends, maybe eventually someone will hear.

E-mailed commissioner Burgin and got no reply ! how rude.
I would like to know why Harnett County will not allow volunteers to help with the county animal shelter, I understand there are liability concerns, but If volunteers were to sign a waiver releasing the county from any liability,then what would be the problem.
There are quite a few NC counties that accept volunteers why not harnett ?
things have to change at the shelter and the use of volunteers would be a great start. The animal lovers in this area and the state are tired of treatment that the public and the animals receive from harnett countyand we will not go away until changes are made.
