Dear Property Owners,
The Carolina Lakes Property Owners Association will have vacant Board of Directors positions come our annual meeting scheduled for March 17, 2013 at 3pm.
All interested candidates are required to provide a one-page resume detailing their experience and education to: wgrim@talismgmt.com or mail to CLPOA, 91 Clubhouse Drive Sanford, NC 27332, no later than 5:00pm, January 24, 2013. In addition, please be advised that your resume will be made public to the Carolina Lakes property owners prior to March 2013 election.
The CLPOA Board of Directors is a voluntary position that carries a 3 year term, and requires a commitment of several hours a week. The Board Directors meet at the monthly CLPOA Board Meeting, serve as Committee Chairs to handle community business, and other times as deemed necessary.
This is a great opportunity to get involved with your community and help shape the future of Carolina Lakes.
