House and Rogers Scheduled For Disposition in County Lawsuit

Randy Rogers and Commissioner Gary House are schedule to give their disposition regarding the county lawsuit that was brought against them. A disposition is basically a pretrial interview with both attorneys present to gather information (“discovery”) for use during the trial or oral testimony used within the case. Mr. Rogers will be held on the 24th and Mr. House will be held on the 28th.
