Rumors on County Lawsuit Reach a New High

Rumors are flowing about a new proposed method of dropping County Lawsuits against Commissioner Gary House and former employee Randy Rogers. In a prior County meeting the motion to drop the lawsuit failed not gaining enough votes to suspend the lawsuit. Mr. House was going to vote on the motion but withdrew himself once Commissioner Springle withdrew his motion due to conflict of interest. Well a new spend has been added to the cluster of our local elected officials. Rumors say that they are going to bring it up in this Tuesdays Commissioner meeting to drop the suit against Randy Rogers and Gary House. The plan they say is that Gary is going to vote on the motion even though he is named as one of the defendants in the case.

Rage of People

This rumor has caused an outpour of citizens that are coming together and plan on being at the meeting on Tuesday night to speak to the board about this situation. If this takes place, local citizens and groups are going to file suit against the members that voted due to conflict of interest and behavior of an elected official. These groups are asking all concerned citizens and groups to join them Tuesday night to stop this plan and to contact their Commissioner to express their concern.
