4.16.14 – Construction Underway For New Super Walmart Anchored Shopping Center In Spout Springs, NC
Spout Springs, NC – WRS Inc. is pleased to announce that construction is underway for the new 185,992 square foot Walmart Anchored Shopping Center located at NC Highway 24/87 and Brinkley Hill Lane in Spout Springs, NC. The new shopping center is expected to be completed by the December of 2015. The center will feature both inline space for lease and out parcels for sale.
