Harnett Dispatch

This past weekend, 11 girls from 8 states, including Carissa Adams from Harnett Co, played in an all boys tournament.  The tournament was USSSA that took place at Big League Dreams in Chino Hills, CA.  The girls had one practice on Friday night and went on to play 7 games in 3 days.  They lost 3 games in seed play to get the number 4 position.  Then they went on to win every game on Monday winning the championship!  The semi-final game was against the #1 seed & the girls run ruled them 11-1.  The championship game they run ruled 18-0 in 3 innings.
