Teacher Protest to be held at Lillington Courthouse Today

Now is the time to hold our state lawmakers in Raleigh accountable for their ongoing war on teachers and our public schools.  Tomorrow, we could use your help.
We have helped to collect a phenomenal 61,000 petition signatures from people across the state who think we need to raise North Carolina teacher pay to the national average.
We have taken these petitions across the mountains of western North Carolina, and now it’s time to bring them to Harnett and Lee Counties.
Will you join us at either or both of these events tomorrow?

Wednesday, 10:30am – Lee County Courthouse, 1400 S. Horner Blvd., Sanford, NC

Wednesday, 1pm – Harnett County Courthouse, 301 W. Cornelius Harnett Blvd, Lillington, NC
Tell your friends, parents, and teachers who are concerned about the direction of our public schools in North Carolina.  Then RSVP to either or both of these events:
Wednesday, June 18th, 1pm: “61,000 Signatures to Raise Teacher Pay Come to Lillington!”
