Track Harnett County Crime with Free Online Public Crime Map
On October 13, the Harnett County Sheriff’s Office began sharing their crime data on RAIDS Online, a free public crime map provided by BAIR Analytics.
RAIDS Online is a web-based application which makes crime data, supplied directly by Harnett County Sheriff’s Office, available to the public in a free crime map. Harnett County Sheriff is the 29th law enforcement agency in North Carolina and one of over 550 in 46 states to use the service. Nearby law enforcement agencies like Durham PD, Apex PD and others already share data with RAIDS Online.
RAIDS Online users can:
- Sign up for email alerts of crime occurring near a specific address
- Anonymously share tips about a crime
- Search for specific instances of crime by 22 types (burglary, theft, DUI, etc.)
- Use analytic layers to identify crime “hot spots” in Harnett County
- Download the free RAIDS Online mobile app for iOS or Android
