A massive search is underway for a missing elderly man off of Live Oak Road in Coats, emergency officials are on scene searching for the man who was last seen yesterday. Crews from departments in Harnett County and Johnston are conducting a large ground search for the missing man. We will update as info becomes available.

NORTH CAROLINA SILVER ALERT ANNOUNCEMENT

RALEIGH 4:07 PM — The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered man, Lloyd Hall.

Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Lloyd Hall, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Anyone with information about Lloyd Hall should call Sgt. David Miller at the Harnett County Sheriffs Office at 910-893-9111.
