Daytona Race Tragedy Hits Close to Home

Dan Germeroth of Angier was injured when debris from wrecked race car collided with spectator’s safety fence… The Angier man was treated at Halifax Medical center in Daytona Beach along with over a dozen spectators the received injuries. The spokesperson from the hospital said that he sustained lacerations and injures that were non-life threatening and is ready to be released late Saturday.
